The role

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim Junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 1-6 years of PQE to support clients on upcoming M&A assignments. This role is for a qualified lawyer who can work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic environment.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer

1 – 6 years PQE

Experience working on transactional corporate and/or commercial contracts matters

Problem solver

Collaborative approach

Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Able to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team
