The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 2+ years of PQE to join its M&A practice in Newcastle, UK. This role is ideal for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on high-value domestic and international transactions within a leading corporate team.

What we're looking for
2+ years' post-qualification experience as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland

Ability to communicate technical legal advice clearly and effectively to non-lawyers
