The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and M&A Lawyer for their Sydney office. This role is for a corporate lawyer interested in developing expertise in both ECM and M&A, working on complex transactions and listed company matters.

Good judgment informed by technical skill

Comfortable giving clear and responsive advice
