The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Corporate Advisory with 3+ years of experience to join their M&A practice in Perth. This role will focus on advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.
What you'll do
- Work on various matters relating to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, and related due diligence
- Work on IPOs, placements, and rights issues
- Work on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance issues, including continuous disclosure and corporate governance
What we're looking for
Three years PQE+
Broad experience in listed takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, private and public M&A and capital raising
Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Listing Rules
Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
Strong mentoring and matter management skills
