Associate (Corporate Brisbane)

The role

Hall & Wilcox is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane. This role focuses on M&A and capital markets transactions, offering significant learning and development opportunities within a well-established team.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including share sale agreements, shareholders agreements and investment documents
• Work on a range of matters relating to M&A and capital markets transactions, including preparation of capital raising documents, due diligence and attending to completion of transactions
• Liaise with clients and corporate and other advisers, as well as other groups within our firm who provide specialist input on corporate transactional issues
• Be part of a team on other commercial transactions, such as joint ventures and management equity arrangements
• Draft and advise on key commercial contracts for clients
