The role

Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-9 years of PQE for their Sydney Corporate Advisory team, focusing on M&A and Private Equity. This role involves working on complex, high-profile transactions for domestic and international clients, reporting to Partner Grant Koch.

What you'll do

Provide advice to domestic and international clients predominantly in M&A and private equity
Play a key role in end-to-end deal execution, from structuring and negotiation to completion and post-deal integration
Gain exceptional experience and training in technical legal matters
Gain exceptional experience and training in client relations

What we're looking for

5-9 years PQE in corporate transactional practice

Strong background in corporate transactional work

Strong background in mergers and acquisitions

Excellent legal expertise

Client-focused approach

Good client skills

Driven personality

Desire to be part of a market leading private equity team

Keen to learn and build their career
