The role
Arnold Bloch Leibler is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 4-8 years of PQE in Melbourne or Sydney to join its M&A practice. The role involves advising a diverse range of clients on sophisticated transactions throughout their lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, private capital investments, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, business structuring, corporate governance and commercial contracts
- Be involved throughout the transaction lifecycle from initial structuring and due diligence through to drafting, negotiation and completion
- Work directly with business owners, founders, boards, senior executives and investors, providing strategic and commercially focused advice
- Work closely with senior lawyers and specialists across the firm
- Manage matters and engage directly with clients
What we're looking for
4-8 years of post-admission experience in private practice

Experience managing matters independently, with appropriate supervision
