The role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Interim Junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 1-6 years of PQE to support clients on upcoming assignments within the M&A practice area.

Qualified lawyer
1 – 6 years PQE
Experience working on transactional corporate and/or commercial contracts matters
Problem solver
Collaborative approach
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to collaborate as part of the wider team
