Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

The role

Clark Hill is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate with 5-6 years of PQE to join their Dublin office. The role focuses on handling business-critical commercial disputes before the Commercial Court and High Court, working closely with partners on various litigation matters.

What you'll do

• Manage a busy caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception through to resolution
• Act in High Court and Commercial Court proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits
• Advise clients on contentious commercial issues, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and business-critical litigation
• Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiated settlements
• Represent clients in case management hearings, trials, and interlocutory applications
• Work closely with senior partners and clients on complex, high-value, and often urgent matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
