Morrison & Foerster seeks a mid-level Investigations + White Collar Defense Associate Attorney for their Litigation practice in New York or Washington D.C. This role is for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in conducting investigations and responding to government enforcement inquiries.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience

Conducting investigations on behalf of corporate clients and responding to enforcement inquiries of DOJ, SEC, and other government agencies

Drafting briefs, whitepapers, client- and government-facing presentations, and correspondence with clients and the government

Conducting witness interviews and depositions

Managing e-discovery

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong case management skills

Work ethic

Team-oriented attitude

Active member of the New York or Washington DC bar
