Commercial Litigation Solicitor

The role

Lavelle Partners is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least three years of PQE to join their Dublin-based team. This role will focus on handling a diverse range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including insolvency, bankruptcy, shareholder disputes, and property disputes.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution matters with a particular emphasis on insolvency, bankruptcy, shareholder disputes and property disputes
• Manage litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion
• Work independently and with senior colleagues on a variety of litigation matters
• Interpret, analyse and advise clients on relevant case law and legislation
• Advise clients on alternative dispute resolution options and participate in mediations and arbitrations
• Manage the client relationship
• Participate in business development and networking activities as required
