Associate/Senior Associate - Litigation

The role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for its Commercial Litigation team in Brisbane. This role is for litigators with at least 3 years of PQE who will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

What you'll do

• Draft advices, pleadings and prepare matters for hearing
• Attend witness conferences and prepare affidavits and witness statements
• Brief senior and junior Counsel
• Appear in directions hearings and conferences
• Prepare for and attend court and mediations
• Mentor graduates, summer clerks and junior lawyers
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
