Wills and Probate Solicitor

The role

Lavelle Partners is seeking a Wills and Probate Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE to join their Private Client / Wealth Management team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves advising clients and managing a caseload of wills and probate matters from instruction to completion.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters
• Make wills, including providing estate planning advice
• Administer estates
• Set up and administer trusts
• Register Enduring Powers of Attorney
• File Capital Acquisition Tax returns
• Apply for Decision-Making Representation Orders
• Draft and advise on Family Partnerships
• Manage caseloads from initial instruction to completion, including post-completion work
• Work collaboratively with the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in relation to contentious probate disputes
• Participate in business development and networking activities as required
