Commercial Real Estate Associate at Beauchamps

The role

Beauchamps is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join its market-leading Commercial Real Estate team in Dublin. This role involves assisting with a portfolio of client transactions and projects, and liaising with other practice groups within the firm.

What you'll do

Assist with a portfolio of client transactions and projects
Liaise with other teams including planning, infrastructural and energy teams
Provide banking support
Provide corporate support
Handle general property related work

What we're looking for

3+ years PQE

Work experience in relevant areas

Comfortable with all stages of CRE transactions

Understanding of banking and security transactions and requirements

Exposure to related security documentation

Excellent drafting skills

Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team

Strong commercial focus and business acumen

Excellent communication and organisation skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

High level of commercial and business awareness

Strong academic record and analytical skills

A sociable person, capable of communicating at all levels

Ability to communicate points clearly in a non-confrontational manner

A calm and measured approach to problem solving

An excellent work ethic
