Senior Associate / Associate - Global Risks & Financial Lines (Complex Litigation) - Dublin at DWF

The role

DWF is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate with 3-8 years of PQE for its Global Risks & Financial Lines litigation practice in Dublin. The role focuses on complex litigation for London-market insurers and reinsurers, and high-value contentious claims.

What you'll do

Advise on all stages of the claims cycle from advising on policy coverage to litigating or arbitrating disputes
Run matters day-to-day (Senior Associates)
Mentor junior team members (Senior Associates)
Contribute to client relationships (Senior Associates)

What we're looking for

Qualified solicitor with experience in complex litigation

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Specialty, Contingency, Marine, Energy, Directors & Officers, Warranty & Indemnity, Cyber, BI/property

Experience in advising on all stages of the claims cycle from advising on policy coverage to litigating or arbitrating disputes

Excellent technical and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ambitious lawyer with the capability and appetite to develop insurance and coverage expertise

Exposure to or a strong interest in insurance and financial lines work· nice to have

Experience from top-tier commercial litigation practices or the Bar· nice to have
