Senior Associate - Insurance Financial Professional Disputes

The role

Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate with 6+ years of PQE for its Insurance and Litigation practice in Dublin. This role focuses on complex coverage issues, high-value non-personal injury disputes, and regulatory compliance for global insurers, reinsurers, and commercial clients.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in a high-value advisory, litigation and arbitration capacity across the core insurance, reinsurance and commercial sectors
• Provide policy coverage advice
• Provide liability defence
• Provide cyber breach coach services
• Draft and review policy wordings
• Draft and review regulatory compliance documentation
• Advise on data protection issues
• Work with an array of domestic and international insurance, reinsurance and commercial clients
• Support cross-border matters involving other Clyde & Co offices whether involving Irish or English law
