International Serious Injury Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell

The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking an International Serious Injury Solicitor with 2-6 years of PQE for their Health Law and Litigation practice in Manchester. This role focuses on complex, high-value personal injury claims with cross-border litigation elements.

What you'll do

Take instructions from clients and providing clear, practical legal advice
Manage and progress high-value, complex international injury claims
Run your own caseload of matters
Work collaboratively on group actions and multi-claimant cases
Meet time recording and fee income targets
Attend and contribute to team and practice area meetings
Keep up to date with developments in relevant law and practice
Travel to meet clients and family members
Attend Court hearings and conferences with experts and / or counsel

What we're looking for

2-6 years' PQE

Strong experience in Serious Injury work

A proven track record in multi-track Serious Injury work either from a Claimant or Defendant perspective

Experience in handling complex and/or high-value claims

Excellent client care skills, with empathy and a compassionate approach

A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset

Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness

Experience in travel litigation/cross border claims· nice to have
