The role
Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking a Public Procurement Law Associate with 1+ PQE to join their leading Public Sector team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves advising on all aspects of public procurement for public bodies and utilities, including large projects and potential litigation.

- Drafting procurement documents
- Advising on procurement issues arising before, during and after procurement processes
- Procurement litigation

What we're looking for
1+ PQE in public procurement law
Proven ability to work independently and in teams and to collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the firm
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Ability to prioritise and manage work effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Track record of high performance academically and in practice
Knowledge of contract law, construction law, State aid law and/or procurement disputes· nice to have
Experience in the areas of contract law, construction law, State aid law and / or dispute resolution· nice to have
