Senior Associate/Of Counsel (Finance & Capital Markets) at Walkers

The role

Walkers is seeking a Senior Associate/Of Counsel with 5+ years of PQE to join its Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin, Ireland. This role will focus on advising clients on a broad range of finance, securities, and capital markets transactions, including debt issuance, fund finance, and securitisations.

What you'll do

Work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue chip clients
Advise clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation and structured finance transactions

What we're looking for

5+ years post qualification experience

Prior experience in finance, structured finance or debt capital markets in a recognised practice or in-house

Strong academic credentials

Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills

A high level of commercial and business awareness

A calm and measured approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a high performance team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines
