Associate - Finance & Capital Markets at Walkers

The role

Walkers is seeking an Associate with 0-5 years of PQE to join its Finance & Capital Markets practice group in Dublin, Ireland. This role will involve working on significant cross-border finance and securities transactions for prominent clients.

What you'll do

Work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions
Advise clients on the full range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance transactions
Engage with partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with 0-5 years PQE

Prior experience in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets in a recognised practice or in-house

Strong academic credentials

Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills

High level of commercial and business awareness

Calm and measured approach to problem solving

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines

Currently practicing in Ireland or interested in returning to Ireland· nice to have
