The role
This is a Senior Associate role within Gadens' Real Estate team in Melbourne. The position is for an experienced lawyer with 6-10 years of PQE who will focus on property development and a variety of property transactions, supporting Partners Andrew Kennedy and Sean Huggins.
What you'll do
- Providing advice on a wide variety of property transactions
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Direct client contact
- Mentor junior lawyers and support staff
What we're looking for

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to be curious about the industries and markets within which clients operate and develop knowledge quickly
Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment
