Senior Associate- Real Estate Finance

The role

This role is for a Senior Associate in Clyde & Co's Real Estate Finance group in London. The position involves supporting partners on a broad range of real estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions.

What you'll do

• Support a wide range of real estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and related documentation
• Manage transaction workstreams including CPs, timelines and closing processes
• Assist with structured real estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactions
• Support infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectors
• Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams
• Contribute to business development activities including pitches and credentials
