The role

Stephenson Harwood is seeking an experienced Associate to join its market-leading Real Estate Finance team in London. This role is for individuals with in-depth experience in the upper mid-market, focusing on a broad spectrum of acquisition and development financings, as well as cashflow lending transactions.

What you'll do

Work on a mix of both borrower and lender side transactions
Gain experience across a broad spectrum of acquisition and development financings
Gain experience across cashflow lending transactions secured by operational assets
Work alongside dedicated real estate, planning and construction teams
Navigate challenges arising in overseas jurisdictions for cross-border transactions
