What you'll do

Work on a range of real estate transactions with a focus on capital transactions, major projects (including urban renewal), structured real estate transactions and financing
Work on projects from conception to fruition
Draft and negotiate complex documents
Manage large transactions
Deal directly with clients
Work closely with colleagues across all jurisdictions and lines of business
