The role
Arnold & Porter is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 10 years of PQE for their Seattle office. The role will focus on employment litigation and traditional labor matters within the firm's Employment practice group.
What we're looking for

Five to 10 years of prior experience in employment litigation
Excellent academic credentials and references
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington state
Experience in traditional labor work including discovery, intake, drafting agency complaints and separation agreements· nice to have
Benefits
Salary range $135,000 to $275,000
Eligibility for an hours-based bonus
