The role

Wilson Sonsini seeks a New York-based Employment & Trade Secret Litigation Associate with 2 years of experience to join their dynamic practice. This role will focus on management-side employment law litigation and counseling, advising a range of innovative clients.

What you'll do

Work on bet-the-company litigation
Work on internal investigations
Advise on spin-out mergers
Provide day-to-day advice to clients on various aspects of employment law
Provide day-to-day advice to clients on employment mobility issues
Advise clients on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

What we're looking for

2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling

Experience working on several employment litigation cases

Experience providing day-to-day advice to clients on various aspects of employment law

Experience with employment mobility issues (trade secrets, non-competes, and employee solicitation)

Experience advising clients on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions

Member of the New York Bar

Resident and physically present in our New York office

Excellent academic credentials
