The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking an Employment & Trade Secret Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience in management-side employment law. This role will focus on litigation and counseling for fast-growing technology companies, based in the Washington D.C. office.
What you'll do
- Litigate employment law cases
- Provide day-to-day advice on all aspects of employment law
- Advise clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
What we're looking for
2-5 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
Experience litigating employment law cases, including matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes
Experience providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law
Experience advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Membership in the Washington, D.C. Bar preferred
