The role
Orrick's Employment practice group is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Managing or Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to be based in Los Angeles. This role will focus on tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans for public companies and innovative high-growth businesses.

Experience focused on tax qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans
Strong relevant experience
Highly motivated
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong logical reasoning skills
Strong research skills
Strong organizational skills
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
