The role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking a junior to mid-level Structured Finance Lawyer for a 4-month interim role in London. The position will focus on transactional banking work, supporting a client of Simmons & Simmons.

What you'll do

Cover a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with structured finance experience

Junior to mid-level lawyer

Problem solver with a collaborative approach

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team

Hold the relevant right to work in the UK
