The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Disputes and Investigations with 3+ years of experience to join their Litigation practice in Sydney. This role is for a motivated legal professional to work on high-profile, complex commercial disputes and investigations.
What you'll do
- Assist clients to navigate significant and complex commercial or corporate disputes
- Provide strategies for prevention and resolution of disputes
- Work on corporate and commercial disputes
- Work on regulatory investigations
- Work on class actions
- Work on commissions and inquiries
- Work on corporate misconduct
- Work on other general disputes
What we're looking for
Three or more years' post-admission experience
Broad commercial litigation experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
