The role

Hall & Wilcox is seeking an experienced Lawyer with 3 years of PQE to join their Litigation practice in Perth. This role will focus on high-level commercial litigation matters and alternative dispute resolution.

What you'll do

Advise on high level and complex commercial litigation matters
Undertake negotiation and alternative dispute resolution
Draft pleadings, prepare evidence, and brief and instruct counsel
Assist with construction, resources and energy and oil and gas disputes
Assist with insolvency and bankruptcy matters, contentious and non-contentious

What we're looking for

Between 1 and 3 years of post-admission experience in Australia

Previous experience in general commercial litigation

Strong communication and drafting skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Ability to confidently run matters through dispute resolution processes

Ability to handle busy workload with competing timelines

Experience from a large or medium sized law firm or a specialist litigation practice· nice to have

Additional experience in insolvency and/or construction litigation· nice to have
