The role

MinterEllison is seeking a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate with 3 years of experience to join their Sydney office. This role focuses on high-profile, complex disputes including class actions, large commercial litigation, and regulatory investigations, working with a well-regarded national team.

Advise on high profile, complex disputes including class actions, large commercial litigation and regulatory investigations
Engage with AI tools to enhance efficiencies and excellence internally and with our clients

What we're looking for

3 years' post-admission experience in litigation

Strong technical expertise in commercial dispute resolution matters

A high level of technical excellence and attention to detail

Strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients, counsel and experts

The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team-based, collaborative environment

Resilience and a commitment to excellence
