Associate - Corporate Transactions Glasgow

The role

CMS is seeking a Corporate Transactions Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join their Glasgow-based team. This role will focus on M&A and other corporate transactions, offering opportunities for professional development and client relationship building within a highly regarded practice group.

What you'll do

• Work on cross border, complex and high-value transactions
• Focus on sectors that interest you
• Provide efficient professional support to senior lawyers within the team
• Develop professional client relationships
• Support the wider team in developing our business and raising the profile of the firm
• Involvement in marketing events and other BD activities
• Manage and supervise the work of others including trainees
