The role
Gadens is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 4-6 years of PQE to join their Disputes & Investigations team in Melbourne. This role involves contributing to litigation strategy, managing cases independently, and mentoring junior lawyers, with a focus on complex commercial disputes.

- Delegate, supervise and mentor junior lawyers
What we're looking for
4-6 years PQE
Sound working knowledge of commercial litigation
Experience with case management procedures
Experience conducting litigation in the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court of Victoria
