Senior Associate - Commercial

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior Associate - Commercial with 4+ years of PQE to join their Litigation and Technology practice group in London. This role is ideal for an experienced solicitor looking to lead complex projects and contribute to the growth of a nationally recognised team.

What you'll do

• Advise on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including AI and emerging technologies
• Lead on technology licensing, outsourcing and supply chain contracts
• Support clients with complex commercial arrangements and strategic projects
• Supervise Associates on contract drafting, data protection work and legal due diligence
• Deliver practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
• Provide training to clients on key legal and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally and occasionally support the firm's own IT and data protection projects
