The role

Dentons is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Regulatory & Investigations team in London. This role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and financial institutions on complex corporate crime, criminal defence, and compliance matters, with a focus on SFO, NCA, HMRC, CPS, and FCA investigations.

What we're looking for

5+ years PQE

Substantial experience from a respected firm in corporate crime and criminal defence

Solid understanding of investigations and regulatory enforcement processes

Experience of representing individuals or corporations in criminal proceedings

Experience conducting internal investigations

Knowledge of or experience in conducting corporate crime compliance reviews

Effective interview skills

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills

Well-developed client relationship management abilities

Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability

Collaborative
