Solicitor - Property Litigation

The role

This is a Solicitor role within DAC Beachcroft's Real Estate practice group in Manchester, suitable for individuals with 0-3 years of PQE. The position will primarily focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes.

What you'll do

• Serve statutory notices and advise on their validity and conditionality
• Deal with contentious lease renewals, termination notices and proceedings
• Interpret and enforce lease obligations
• Handle arrears recovery and tenant insolvency
• Obtain possession of commercial premises
• Deal with service charge disputes
• Act in dilapidations matters including service of notices and advisory work
• Assist with the drafting of documents and correspondence
• Assist with client management and attend client meetings
• Assist with legal research and analysis
• Assist with the preparation of court documents and attend hearings
• Network with other lawyers and colleagues across the business
• Participate in wider firm projects and initiatives
• Write articles
• Attend marketing events
• Attend client training
