The role
This role is for a Senior Associate within Mallesons' Employment practice group in Brisbane. The position focuses on employee relations and safety, requiring strong expertise in employment law and industrial relations.

Hold all visas and other approvals necessary for you to work for the firm in Australia
Experience in disputes and industrial relations matters in the Fair Work Commission, federal and state tribunals and the Courts· nice to have
Advising on enterprise bargaining processes and managing industrial action· nice to have
Advising on general employment law issues including unfair dismissal, general protections, post-employment restrictions, executive terminations and complex investigations· nice to have
Experience in strategic workforce planning and structuring, particularly in relation to major projects and transactions· nice to have
