Employment Solicitor

The role

Weightmans is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE to join their Liverpool office. This role focuses on advising employers across the UK on all aspects of employment law, handling complex tribunal claims and providing day-to-day HR advisory support.

What you'll do

• Manage a varied caseload of employment work
• Provide HR employment law advice to key clients
• Assist other members of the team with their caseloads
• Draft and prepare a range of documentation including correspondence, emails, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and reports
• Contribute to the development of articles, legal updates and client-facing materials
• Support business development initiatives including training delivery, client engagement and networking activities
• Work in accordance with client and internal service level agreements and Weightmans’ values, policies and procedures
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and team financial and performance targets
