NQ - Associate Fraud

The role

Clyde & Co is seeking an NQ Associate for its growing Fraud Team in Manchester. This role focuses on handling motor fraud claims within the Litigation practice area.

What you'll do

• Act on behalf of a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations
• Run a full caseload of motor fraud claims
• Carry out investigations with live defenders and take witness statements
• Review and interpret medical records and medical reports
• Identify information requirements and secure required documentation/evidence from claimant representatives
• Adhere to reporting and reserving requirements in relation to different client SLAs
• Manage files including initial reports, updating reports and correspondence
• Attend and appear at court and pre-trial meetings
• Adhere to court timetables
• Support Partners in servicing existing clients, growing new business and maintaining relationships with clients
• Draft all legal documents and client advice
• Deal with interlocutory proceedings, CMCs and client meetings
• Support marketing and business development activity with the team and the wider Clyde & Co casualty group
