The role
Clyde & Co is seeking an NQ Associate for its growing Fraud Team in Manchester. This role focuses on handling motor fraud claims within the Litigation practice area.
What you'll do
Act on behalf of a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations
Run a full caseload of motor fraud claims
Carry out investigations with live defenders and take witness statements
Review and interpret medical records and medical reports
Identify information requirements and secure required documentation/evidence from claimant representatives
Adhere to reporting and reserving requirements in relation to different client SLAs
Manage files including initial reports, updating reports and correspondence
Attend and appear at court and pre-trial meetings
Adhere to court timetables
Support Partners in servicing existing clients, growing new business and maintaining relationships with clients
Draft all legal documents and client advice
Deal with interlocutory proceedings, CMCs and client meetings
Support marketing and business development activity with the team and the wider Clyde & Co casualty group
