The role
Clyde & Co is seeking a Junior Associate with 2-3 years of PQE for its Motor team in Manchester. This role focuses on handling Multi-Track Motor claims for major UK insurer clients.
What you'll do
- Act and assist on Multi Track Motor claims on behalf of leading Insurers
- Handle own case load and assist others with multi-track work, including complex Motor injury claims
- Report to, liaise with and meet clients with a high level of professionalism
- Draft pleadings
- Prepare instructions to counsel and experts and attend and advise in conference
- Conduct research and keep up to date with legal and industry practices
- Perform adhoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
2-3 years PQE
Prior experience in Multi-Track cases or strong background in Fast Track work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
Professional manner with ability to build relationships
Assertive and confident to manage expectations
Experience from claimant or defendant firms welcome
