The role
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Technology & IP Transactions Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their market-leading IP and Technology practice in the Bay Area. The role involves working on a wide range of domestic and international transactions for public and private companies across various industries.
What you'll do
- Work on a wide range of transactions including domestic and international matters
- Handle matters for public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries
- Engage in mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, collaboration agreements, licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases), and other commercial agreements
What we're looking for
Three to six years of experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions
Outstanding credentials and qualifications
Technical degree· nice to have
