The role
Bristows is seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of PQE to join its Corporate practice in London. This role focuses on M&A and equity financings for clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.
What you'll do
- Involve a broader spectrum of corporate work including joint ventures and reorganisations
- Client contact
- Participation in business development activities
- Knowledge management
- Delegating to and supervising more junior lawyers
What we're looking for
1-3 years of PQE
Impressive credentials and experience in private M&A and equity financings
Interest in the life sciences and/or technology sectors
Ambitious and self-motivated
Ability to fit into a collaborative culture
Enthusiasm for business development
Excellent interpersonal skills
Prior experience in life sciences or technology sectors· nice to have
