The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Solicitor for their Court of Protection team in Sheffield. This role will focus on Property & Affairs within the Court of Protection practice area and offers an opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, contributing to the growth of a leading national law firm.

What you'll do

Provide oversight, supervision, and support to Paralegals with their caseloads
Play an integral part in helping to grow and strengthen the teams’ market presence
Undertake travel for client meetings in Sheffield and the surrounding areas

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience as a Solicitor in Court of Protection, specifically in Property & Affairs

Between 3–8+ years of PQE

Hands-on experience in managing caseloads

Empathy, resilience, and passion for supporting vulnerable individuals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Dedication to making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
