The role
Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Litigation practice in London. The role focuses on handling complex, high-value financial lines claims, particularly Directors' & Officers' (D&O) liability.
What you'll do
- Manage a caseload of complex D&O and financial lines claims
- Advise insurers and insureds on policy coverage issues
- Handle litigation in the High Court and coordinate multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Support partners on large-scale and strategic matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' PQE with a strong background in financial lines
Demonstrable experience in D&O liability work
Experience advising insurers and/or corporate clients
Strong litigation and/or coverage expertise
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
A proactive approach to client service and business development
Commercially minded and technically strong lawyer
