Senior Associate - Corporate

The role

This role is for a Senior Associate to join the national Corporate team in the Bristol office, focusing on advising major clients on a range of complex M&A, VC, and PE transactions. The position is suitable for a qualified Solicitor with at least three years of PQE who can lead on matters independently and has a proven track record in business development.

What you'll do

• Perform at a senior level and play a lead role on transactions
• Provide strategic advice on transactions
• Lead negotiations of key documents
• Manage projects on relevant transactions
• Advise a range of clients from large listed and unlisted companies, PE/VC backed companies, mid-market PE investors, ambitious management teams and founder shareholders
• Support in-person collaboration to enable effective training and development, including technical learning, business development, and client origination
• Represent the team and the firm at networking and business development events, both regionally and across TLT’s wider office network
• Collaborate with the senior team on our business development strategy, including profile-raising events and communications
• Support with the supervision and development of Paralegals, Trainees and Associates
