Senior Associate Litigation Solicitor (5+PQE) - Scottish qualified

The role

This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator with a minimum of 5 years of PQE to join the ambitious Commercial Litigation team in Edinburgh. The role involves supporting the team in delivering high-quality dispute resolution services and working on complex, high-value disputes for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

• Lead on complex, high value litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
• Work independently on a diverse range of commercial litigation disputes
• Work under the supervision and guidance of Partners to deliver high-quality legal services
• Ensure strict compliance with all court deadlines, procedural rules, and case management requirements
• Regularly appear and represent clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland
• Effectively engage with and support national clients in relation to dispute resolution matters
• Prepare and manage case files, pleadings, and documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for efficient resolution of disputes
• Mentor trainee and junior level support
