Associate - Employment

The role

An Associate role in the Employment team is available for candidates with experience in employment law, including advisory and litigation. This position will support a growing portfolio of clients and contribute to delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice within a leading regional employment practice. The role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to contribute to the firm's ambitious growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a significant focus on tribunal claims and day to day employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, developer and energy and infrastructure sectors
• Have access to direct client contact
• Involvement in business development
• Involvement in training for clients
• Work as one team across our geographic spread
• Deliver great business outcomes for your clients
