Associate - Dispute Resolution & Litigation

The role

Maddocks is seeking an Associate in Dispute Resolution & Litigation with 2-5 years of experience for their Sydney office. This role involves working on a diverse range of complex and challenging litigation matters, including commissions, inquiries, competition law, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory matters, providing practical advice to private and public sector clients.

What you'll do

• Be involved in a diverse range of litigation matters, including commissions and inquiries, competition and consumer law, intellectual property disputes, defamation matters and various regulatory matters
• Provide sound and practical advice for private and public sector clients
