The role
DLA Piper is seeking a Solicitor with 2-3 years of PQE to join its Tax Controversy team in Melbourne. This role focuses on advising clients, both Australian and multinational, on complex tax disputes, ATO reviews, audits, objections, and litigation.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on complex and strategically important tax matters from day one
- Be deeply involved in tax disputes, litigation and controversy work
- Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high-profile matters
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with tax and transfer pricing specialists across Australia and internationally
What we're looking for
